Eyesight Ophthalmic Services (www.EyesightNH.com) is a busy, privately owned , multi-physician ophthalmic and optometric practice.  We work with our own private surgical center (www.CoastalSurgicalCenter.com) and we are the ONLY practice in the seacoast region serving all the area seacoast hospitals.  Our providers specialize in all areas of eyecare including routine exams and contact lenses, ocular plastic surgery, diabetic eye care, glaucoma surgery, cataract surgery, LASIK surgery (www.ClearAdvantageLaser.com), retina surgery, clinical research, and more!

We are immediately hiring for all office locations for the following positions:

Ophthalmic Technician

Join our clinical team and play a key role in delivering exceptional eye care.  You’ll work directly with patients and doctors to perform eye tests, prepare charts, assist with procedures, and help educate patients before and after surgery.  Experience in healthcare is helpful but not required—we provide hands-on training for those eager to learn and grow in the medical field.

Patient Services Representative – Contact Center

Be the friendly voice that connects patients to outstanding care.  Our Contact Center Representatives handle calls, texts, and emails with professionalism and warmth—scheduling appointments, answering questions, and ensuring each patient feels supported.  If you excel at communication and enjoy helping others, this is where your skills shine.

Patient Services Representative – Front Desk

As the first face our patients see, you’ll set the tone for an excellent visit.  Our Front Desk Representatives greet patients, manage appointments and payments, and ensure smooth coordination between teams.  This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment and takes pride in creating positive first impressions.

Surgical Coordinator

The Surgical Coordinator plays a key role in guiding patients through every step of their surgical journey. This position works closely with physicians, patients, and surgery centers to schedule procedures, prepare documentation, and ensure all details are accurate and timely. It’s a great fit for someone who thrives on organization, communication, and helping patients feel confident and cared for before surgery.

Prior Authorization Representative – Retina

Help patients access critical vision care by coordinating prior authorizations for retina treatments.  You’ll verify coverage, manage copay assistance programs, and ensure approvals are completed quickly and accurately to prevent treatment delays.  This detail-oriented role combines compassion, precision, and a strong understanding of healthcare processes.

Revenue Cycle Management Supervisor

Lead a high-performing billing team that supports the financial health of our practice.  The Revenue Cycle Management Supervisor oversees daily billing operations, ensures accuracy and compliance, and drives process improvement through collaboration and coaching.  This is a great opportunity for a skilled billing professional with a passion for leadership and excellence.
