You’ll work directly with patients and doctors to perform eye tests, prepare charts, assist with procedures, and help educate patients before and after surgery. Experience in healthcare is helpful but not required—we provide hands-on training for those eager to learn and grow in the medical field.

Our Contact Center Representatives handle calls, texts, and emails with professionalism and warmth—scheduling appointments, answering questions, and ensuring each patient feels supported. Our Front Desk Representatives greet patients, manage appointments and payments, and ensure smooth coordination between teams. Help patients access critical vision care by coordinating prior authorizations for retina treatments. You’ll verify coverage, manage copay assistance programs, and ensure approvals are completed quickly and accurately to prevent treatment delays. This detail-oriented role combines compassion, precision, and a strong understanding of healthcare processes.
Lead a high-performing billing team that supports the financial health of our practice. The Revenue Cycle Management Supervisor oversees daily billing operations, ensures accuracy and compliance, and drives process improvement through collaboration and coaching.
