We do require that all of our patients and staff wear masks in the office. This policy update comes in response to ongoing COVID-19 developments and CDC recommendations and applies to all Eyesight locations.
While we do have masks on-site for our staff and patients, supplies are limited, which is why we kindly ask that if you have your own protection, please wear it to help us preserve our supply for our healthcare workers. Click here to learn how to properly wear face coverings and how to make your own.
On the day of your appointment if you’re experiencing any of the following symptoms, please do not enter the building. Please call us regarding your appointment and contact your Primary Care Physician.
• Influenza-like illness
• Fever and/or chills or feeling feverish
• Sore throat
• New cough (not related to a chronic condition)
• New nasal congestion or new runny nose (not related to seasonal allergies)
• Muscle aches
• New loss of smell or taste
• Shortness of breath
As always, we thank you for your patience, understanding and cooperation during this time. Please do not hesitate to reach out if you have any questions.
About your scheduled appointment:
- We would appreciate you not arriving at our office more than 5 minutes early for your appointment. This will allow us to maintain safe distancing in our lobby.
- Unless you require assistance, we would appreciate you arriving to your appointment alone. This includes LASIK surgery days.
- If you are a patient whose physical limitations require a companion, please contact our office prior to your appointment for guidance.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation during this time as policy changes are reviewed on a daily basis
We’re all in this together.
