Join our clinical team and play a key role in delivering exceptional eye care. You’ll work directly with patients and doctors to perform eye tests, prepare charts, assist with procedures, and help educate patients before and after surgery. Experience in healthcare is helpful but not required—we provide hands-on training for those eager to learn and grow in the medical field.

Our Contact Center Representatives handle calls, texts, and emails with professionalism and warmth—scheduling appointments, answering questions, and ensuring each patient feels supported. As the first face our patients see, you’ll set the tone for an excellent visit. Our Front Desk Representatives greet patients, manage appointments and payments, and ensure smooth coordination between teams. The Clinical Medical Assistant / Refractive Surgery Technician works closely with patients and providers throughout the refractive surgery journey, providing hands-on clinical support, assisting with specialized testing and procedures, and helping deliver an exceptional patient experience across our refractive surgery services.
The HR & Talent Specialist supports the employee experience across Eyesight through recruiting, onboarding, employee integration, and learning and development. Working closely with HR, leaders, and employees, this position helps strengthen the programs and processes that support employees throughout their time at Eyesight.
