DIRECTIONS

Traveling north: Take I-95 to Exit 5 toward the Portsmouth traffic circle. Enter the circle and tak the first exit onto Route 1 Bypass south. Follow Route 1 Bypass south to Borthwick Avenue and turn right.Continue on Borthwick Avenue, past the Portsmouth Regional Hospital. The entrance to 155 Borthwick Avenue will be on your right, just after Liberty Mutual. Eyesight is on the second floor of the East Building.

Traveling south: Take I-95 to Exit 5 Newington/Dover. Take an immediate right, following signs for Route 1 Bypass toward the Portsmouth Traffic Circle. Enter the circle and take the second exit onto Route 1 Bypass south. Follow Route 1 Bypass south to Borthwick Avenue and turn right. Continue on Borthwick Avenue, past the Portsmouth Regional Hospital. The entrance to 155 Borthwick Avenue will be on your right, just after Liberty Mutual. Eyesight is on the second floor of the East Building.

DIRECTIONS

Traveling from the east or west: Take Route 101 to Exit 11. Take Portsmouth Avenue, folowing signs to Exeter. At the end of Portsmouth Avenue, take a right onto Water Street. Continue on Water Street through the center of Exeter. Eyesight will be one of the last office fronts on the right side of the street just before the Phillips Exeter Academy Boathouse. Ample parking may be found behind the Eyesight building.

DIRECTIONS

Traveling from the North or South, take the Spaulding Turnpike to Exit 9.

From the North, go South on the Spaulding Turnpike and take Exit 9, At the end of the ramp, go Right and proceed through the traffic lights to the Route 108/Central Avenue Intersection. Turn Right onto Central Avenue. Take a Right again at the next traffic light onto Central Avenue. Take a Right again at the next traffic light onto Webb Place. At the STOP sign, take a Left and a sharp Right into the parking lot behind the Blockbuster Video store.

From the South, go North on the Spaulding Turnpike. Take Exit 9, bearing Right, at the end of the ramp. Proceed to the Route 108/Central Avenue intersection. Turn Right onto Central Avenue. Take a Right again at the next traffic light onto Webb Place. At the STOP sign, take a Left and a sharp Right into the parking lot behind the Blockbuster Video Store.

The entrance to the office can only be accessed form this side of the building.

DIRECTIONS

Traveling from the north or south: Take the Spaulding Turnpike to Exit 12 (Route 125). Following the "Blue Hospital Signs," go north onto Route 125. Go straight through 4 sets of lights. At the 5th light (China Palace/Walgreen's/Service Credit Union intersection) take a right onto Main Street (Route 108). Frisbie Memorial Hospital is 0.7 miles on the left. Enter the main entrance of the hospital, directly off Route 108 . Follow the road to the right, up the hill. The Frisbie Medical Building will be on your left (attached to the hospital).

Enter the glass doors (which is actually the 3rd level of the Frisbie Medical Building). Eyesight is located in Suite 300, the first office on the left, 2nd door.
