Founded in 1983, Eyesight Ophthalmic is one of the largest general practice ophthalmic centers in the seacoast region. Eyesight divisions include a premiere LASIK vision correction center, Macular Degeneration and Clinical Research. Locations include Portsmouth, Dover, Rochester and Exeter NH. Eyesight is privately owned by 4 MD's and employs multiple optometrists, opticians, surgical technicians, ophthalmic technicians and administrative staff.

OPHTHALMIC TECHNICIANS - NOW HIRING FOR PORTSMOUTH, NH
Full-Time Ophthalmic Technicians for Portsmouth, Dover, Exeter and Rochester NH offices. Duties: administer tests, operate and maintain testing equipment, direct patients during various exams and assist with more complex tests (i.e. refractions). Coordinate follow-up care, order clinic supplies and assist with educating patients on post-operative instructions. Reasonable experience as a technician in the medical field is ideal. Will consider training a medical assistant who is interested in a career in ophthalmic and surgical practices. COA and/or previous experience as an Ophthalmic Technician is a huge plus. Candidate must be willing to work at least one evening per week.
Assist customers in our Portsmouth, Dover, Exeter and/or Rochester offices in selecting eye ware, fitting frames, ordering frames, responsible for tracking sales and purchases in the department. Duties include:
