Founded in 1983, Eyesight Ophthalmic Services is one of the largest general practice ophthalmic centers in the seacoast region. Eyesight divisions include a premiere LASIK vision correction center, Macular Degeneration and Clinical Research. Locations include Portsmouth, Somersworth and Exeter NH. Eyesight is privately owned by 5 MD’s and employs multiple optometrists, opticians, surgical technicians, ophthalmic technicians and administrative staff.

NOW HIRING MEDICAL OFFICE PROFESSIONALS:
Full-time Medical Office Receptionists for our fast paced Ophthalmology practice. Candidates must possess excellent intrapersonal and communication skills, have a professional demeanor and display a strong work ethic. Organization, strong computer skills, and the ability to efficiently multi-task are necessary. Extreme flexibilty with schedule and hours of operation is also required. A background in a medical office setting is desireable, however, we are willing to train people with exceptional customer service skills.
Full-Time Ophthalmic Technicians. Duties include: diagnostic testing, operate and maintain testing equipment, direct patients during various exams and assist with more complex testing (i.e. refractions), coordinate follow-up care, order clinical supplies and assist with patient education. Reasonable experience as a technician in the medical field is ideal. Willing to train a medical assistant who is interested in a clinical position in Ophthalmology/Optometry. COA and/or previous experience as an Ophthalmic Technician is a huge plus. Candidate must have extreme flexibility with schedule and hours of operation.
